01. THE CORE FOUNDATION
Engineered for Lifetimes
The core board dictates the structural integrity, moisture resistance, and screw-holding capacity of your entire interior. Choosing the wrong core board in a high-moisture environment like a kitchen or bathroom will lead to swelling, delamination, and structural failure within years. We strictly categorize core usage based on environmental exposure.

BWP Calibrated Plywood
IS: 710 Grade Standard
Ideal for: Kitchens, Bathroom Vanities, Wet Areas.
Boiling Water Proof (BWP) plywood is our strict standard for any area exposed to direct moisture or heavy humidity. BWP plywood undergoes rigorous chemical treatments that make it 100% termite and borer proof.
The Calibration Difference:
We exclusively use Calibrated BWP ply. Uncalibrated ply varies in thickness across its surface, causing shutters to look misaligned. Calibrated ply is hydraulically sanded to ensure a completely uniform thickness, resulting in a flush, luxury finish.

Boielo Boards
Next-Generation Core Technology
Ideal for: High Moisture & Elite Installations.
Boielo boards are a completely distinct, premium alternative to standard plywood, engineered specifically for unparalleled water and termite resistance. Combining exceptional structural strength with advanced polymer integration, they provide a lifetime of durability.

HDHMR & BWR Plywood
High Density High Moisture Resistance
Ideal for: Wardrobes, Dry Kitchen Areas, CNC Routing.
HDHMR offers the density of wood with unparalleled uniformity. Constructed from hardwood fibers, it achieves a density often exceeding 850 kg/m³. Its counterpart, BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) plywood, is also an excellent choice for dry areas in the kitchen, resisting steam and moderate heat.
Why Choose HDHMR?
1. Perfect Routing: HDHMR routes flawlessly without the chipping associated with plywood. 2. Moisture Resistance: Highly resistant to ambient humidity. 3. Termite Resistance: It is inherently unattractive to termites.

Premium Grade MDF & Commercial Ply
Medium Density Fiberboard
Ideal for: Dry Areas, Painted Surfaces, Decorative Elements.
MDF provides an ultra-smooth, glass-like surface that is the ultimate canvas for high-end paint finishes. While MDF should never be used in wet areas, it is the perfect substrate for High-Gloss PU paints. Commercial Ply serves as its counterpart for general, dry-area structural applications.
Metal Straighteners:
To combat the natural tendency of tall MDF doors (over 7 feet) to bow over time, we route and embed concealed aluminum metal straighteners into the back of the doors.

The Architecture of Aesthetics
02. SURFACE FINISHES
The Visual & Tactile Signature
The finish is the "skin" of your modular interior. It dictates not only the color and texture but also the maintenance requirements, scratch resistance, and how light interacts with the room. We offer a curated selection of the finest global finishes.

In-House PU (Polyurethane) Paint
The Pinnacle of Seamless Luxury.
PU paint is a specialized, highly durable two-component coating that creates a seamless, joint-free seal around the entire shutter (including the edges). Because there are no edge-bands, the door looks like a solid block of color. We execute this in our in-house, pressure-controlled dust-free paint chambers. The process involves multiple coats of primer, color, and clear coats, with intensive sanding between each layer.
Variations:
• Ultra-High Gloss: A mirror-like, hyper-reflective surface that makes spaces feel vastly larger. • Velvet Matte: A sophisticated, soft-touch finish that absorbs light and resists fingerprints. • Metallic / Pearl: Incorporates micro-flakes for a subtle, dynamic sheen.

Membrane Finishes
The finish we pioneered.
Techno Modular System pioneered membrane finishes, and we boast the largest collection available. Using advanced vacuum press technology, a PVC membrane foil is seamlessly wrapped over routed or flat panels. The result? A finish that powerfully parallels PU paint in aesthetics and seamless edges, but with unique textures and unmatched resilience against chipping.

Premium Acrylics & Laminates
Unmatched Durability & Texture.
Acrylics: We utilize premium 1.5mm to 2mm thick acrylic sheets. Unlike cheaper laminates that can look wavy, high-grade acrylic offers an intense, glass-like depth of color that does not fade over time. It is highly resistant to scratches and incredibly easy to wipe down, making it a favorite for heavy-use kitchens.
Laminates: Gone are the days of flat, uninspiring sunmica. Our curated collection includes deep-textured wood grains that feel indistinguishable from real wood, fluted patterns, and soft-touch mattes. Laminates are heat-pressed onto the core boards, providing a highly resilient, cost-effective, and impact-resistant finish.

Natural Wood Veneers
For clients seeking organic, timeless luxury. A veneer is a thin slice of actual, natural wood bonded to a core board. No two veneer sheets are exactly alike, ensuring your interior is completely unique. We seal our veneers with advanced PU polish to protect the wood while enhancing its natural grain and warmth.

Fluted & Tinted Glass
Glass shutters set in slim aluminum profile frames add incredible sophistication to wardrobes and overhead kitchen units. We offer tinted (bronze/grey), frosted, and fluted (ribbed) glass. When combined with internal LED strip lighting, glass profiles create a stunning display aesthetic.

03. SEALS & ADHESIVES
PUR Edge Banding Technology
A shutter is only as strong as its weakest point — the edges. If humidity penetrates the edge, the core will swell and destroy the shutter.

The Problem with EVA
Standard modular companies use EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) glue. It is a hot-melt adhesive. In extreme Indian summer heat, or near a kitchen stove, EVA glue can soften, causing the edge tape to peel. It also leaves a visible, dirty glue line over time.
The PUR Advantage
We use strictly PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) glue. PUR undergoes a chemical cross-linking reaction when it cures. It creates a completely permanent, 100% waterproof, and heat-proof bond with an invisible, microscopic glue line. It is impossible to peel off once cured.
04. HARDWARE SYSTEMS
The Kinematics of Luxury
A premium finish means nothing if the drawer sags under weight or the hinge rusts in a year. We integrate industry-leading global hardware to ensure flawless, silent movement for decades.

Soft-Close Hinges
We utilize 110° to 165° soft-closing hinges rated for hundreds of thousands of cycles. For heavy or tall doors, we calculate and increase the hinge count to perfectly distribute weight, preventing long-term sagging.

Tandem Box Drawer Systems
Our drawer systems offer full extension and ultra-smooth glides, with dynamic weight capacities ranging from 40kg to 65kg, perfect for heavy Indian cookware and pots.

Profiles & Lift-Overs
For modern handleless designs, we seamlessly integrate aluminum Gola profiles. For overhead cabinets, we deploy advanced bi-fold or Aventos lift-systems that hold the shutter open at any desired angle.
